Scott did an exceptional job in selling our house. He found us the buyer that ultimately bought it. Also, along the way, he dealt with a few odd issues that crept up unexpectedly such as the furnace that suddenly stopped working just as an inspector is going through the house; he brought in a local HVAC business to repair it at our request as we were more than 200 miles away. Secondly, when a radon test of the house was requested, and the house readings failed the test, he called in a firm he knew who could quickly install a professional radon reduction system, then getting that done, and then getting a retest of the radon levels, which were greatly reduced, and acceptable. He worked the closing issues with the buyer, so from beginning to end, he did more than we expected a realtor to do. This was extremely helpful to us, the sellers, as we had already moved out of state, and were never closer than 90 miles away. I highly recommend anyone looking for a good conscientious realtor to sell a home, to contact Scott.
